Return policy

If you bought a product from the site and it does not satisfy you 100%, you can return it within 14 days from the date of issuing the invoice.

Details of the right of withdrawal:

– The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a product within 14 calendar days, without the need for a reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. According to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period expires within 14 days from the day when the buyer enters into physical possession of the product.

General conditions for the return of products purchased from

  • The products you want to return must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • The products must be returned in the same package (box) in which they were received.
  • The products must be returned together with all the accessories / gifts received, as the case may be
  • If you have bought several products with the same code, return is accepted for all products only if one of them has been unsealed and the others are intact.
  • The return must be made with all the initial labels intact, the original warranty certificate and all the documents that were delivered together with the product (excluding the purchase invoice and the receipt received from the courier)
  • No return is accepted for products for which unauthorized interventions have been made, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, blows, shocks, paints, drawings, markings, inscriptions, traces of assembly (correct / incorrect)

  1. The request is made in writing or by phone
  2. After confirming the return request, the package is prepared in the return conditions
  3. It was expected to pick up the package by a courier appointed by within 7 working days from the date of requesting the return

Methods of product refund or replacement 

Any method chosen may have certain fees, read the table of return fees below

  • The equivalent value of the products transferred to the bank account of the Buyer
  • Replacing products with other products available in stock

If you choose to return the money to the buyer’s account:

  • The buyer must provide an IBAN account consisting of 24 characters, the name of the bank and the beneficiary of the account – the account in which the money will be returned must belong to the buyer or relatives of grade 1
  • The money will be returned to the specified account within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the settlement of the return request.

If you choose to replace the products:

  • If the value of the new products is higher than the value of the returned products, the difference must be paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
  • If the value of the products is less than the value of the returned products, the difference can be transferred to the IBAN account of the buyer

Return fee:

In case of a return, it is necessary to pay the transport fee for the return of the products, generally 25 lei, but depending on the weight and volume of the products, this fee may differ.

If the products have benefited from free delivery, the value of the returned products will be returned.

From the total amount of the returned products will be deducted the transport fee for the return of the products.

The term for settling a return varies from 1 to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products returned by the customer

The possibility of returning the products refers to orders placed by a natural person.
